Royal Caribbean’s new travel agent training platform is now live. Te platform, called Learn (Learn Everything About

Royal Now), provides UK and Irish agents with Royal Caribbean content and training modules for each market. Te cruise line said it will update the “continuously

evolving” platform with new content every month. Te platform will provide agents with vodcasts [video

podcasts] and video tutorials as well as user-generated content from fellow agents. Royal Caribbean said the platform will use “artificial

intelligence and intuitive learning” to provide a “bespoke, personalised learning journey tailored to each agent to best accommodate their learning style”. It will also provide content specific to retail, call

centres and homeworkers. Martin MacKinnon, Royal Caribbean’s sales director for the UK and Ireland, said: “We’re aware of how pressed for time our agent partners can be, so Learn takes a micro approach to learning with each module,

“Learn offers a personalised learning journey tailored to each agent”

taking no more than five minutes to complete.” Te platform can be accessed via Club Royal and

accelerators’ can be unlocked by completing modules. MacKinnon added:“Our team will continue to work

closely with our agent partners to derive new content off the back of research done with agent panel groups in addition to research done by our training team.” Learn can be accessed via desktop, smartphone or

tablet, and also via the Club Rewards marketing toolkit. To join Club Rewards, agents need to complete

the We are Royal module. Existing members will see a pop-up for the platform when they next log in. myclubroyal.co.uk
