Z Maria Ersmarker has joined AmaWaterways as business development manager for the southeast and Channel Islands. She is the line’s fourth BDM and moves from Hurtigruten, where she spent eight years.


Z Homeworking firm Not Just Travel has appointed former Thomas Cook trade partnership manager Katrina Latimer as head of trade and homeworking. She is to spearhead the agency’s new approach to recruit experienced agents rather than those new to travel.


Z Newmarket Holidays has appointed Amy Drummond for the new role of business development manager for Scotland and Ireland. Drummond, who has previously worked for Funway Holidays, joins on November 4 from Cara Hotel Marketing.


Z Travel industry charity the Family Holiday Association has appointed Kat Lee as chief executive. Lee, who spent six years as head of youth programmes at Girlguiding, will replace Martin Realey on January 6.

Advantage’s Cookes says 15 operators back plan for access to client data
