Newmarket launches Japan Unveiled tour
Newmarket Holidays has a new 16-day escorted tour of Japan. The Japan Unveiled itinerary takes in Tokyo, Kyoto, Hiroshima and Osaka, with two bullet train rides included. It costs from £4,995 and is available with flights from Heathrow in October-November 2024 and March, April, May, July, October and November 2025.

Tipto schedules first series of 10 events for anniversary year
Tipto has announced details of the first tranche of travel agent events for its 25th anniversary year. The 10 dates and locations for
the trade marketing organisation’s roadshows, SuperShows and training days in October, November and December are available to book online. Roadshows and SuperShows
run from 6pm to 10pm and are free for frontline agents, managers and homeworkers. Tipto Training Days are held
during the working day, from 9.30am until 2.30pm. There will also be a solus
roadshow for Althams Travel agents on October 17 in Burnley. Tipto’s 25 supplier members
span operators, cruise lines and attraction and add-ons specialists.

Jet2 puts Christmas markets range for 2024-25 on sale

Jet2.com and sister brand Jet2CityBreaks have put their Christmas markets programme for 2024-25 on sale two months earlier than last year. More than 160,000 seats are available to seven
destinations from 10 UK airports. The cities on offer are Berlin, Budapest, Cologne,
Copenhagen, Krakow, Prague and Vienna. Departures are from Belfast International, Birmingham,
Bristol, East Midlands, Edinburgh, Glasgow, Leeds Bradford, Manchester, Newcastle and Stansted. A three-night break at the four-star Pullman

EasyJet holidays has extended its summer programme to Rhodes into November, with extra packages available from Bristol, Gatwick, Luton and Manchester airports. The move comes as the Greek island recovers from wildfires which forced the evacuation of holidaymakers in July. Seven nights’ B&B at the five-star Rodos Palace costs £344, departing from Gatwick on November 5.
