Walt Disney World offers resort credit for 2024 early bookings


Walt Disney World Resort in Florida has an early-booking package offer for selected arrivals between January 9 and December 18, 2024. The offer is available during


most school holidays and must be booked by July 6, 2023. Perks for guests who book


a stay at participating Disney Resort hotels and purchase a Disney 14-Day Magic Ticket include up to $2,100 dining and merchandise credit per room on a two-week holiday for arrivals from August 1-September 30, 2024, or a $1,200 credit for two-week stays on selected dates throughout next year. They can book 14-day tickets


for the price of seven days, and a Disney gift card worth up to $400 is available on selected packages. New attractions include


TRON Lightcycle/Run in Magic Kingdom. In Epcot, outdoor trail Journey of Water, Inspired by Moana is due to open later this year.

Jet2 to operate record 150 flights to Iceland next winter

Jet2.com and Jet2CityBreaks have expanded their Iceland programmes for winter 2023-24 in response to “strong demand” from customers and independent travel agents. Fourteen breaks in February and March 2024 have


been added from Leeds Bradford and Newcastle. The additional departures mean the sister brands


will operate their “biggest-ever” programme to Iceland, with more than 150 flights from 10 UK airports, representing a 36% capacity increase compared with winter 2022-23. Weekly flights will depart both Leeds Bradford


and Newcastle for seven weeks from early February to late March 2024, while twice-weekly flights will operate from Manchester and Birmingham from the end of September to April. Flights to Iceland will also

The Utah Office of Tourism is encouraging agents to take part in its new training initiative, called the Utah Specialist Academy. Agents who complete the


programme by July 31 have the chance to win a spot on a fam


trip in spring 2024. The academy also offers information on new experiences and itineraries. Jody Blaney, Utah Office of
