So what’s been happening in June? Where do I start? I have enjoyed lots of agent
days out and there are many more in the pipeline. Liz Kildare kicked off June with a Saga training day, which included an airside tour and an agent brainstorming session. There were some great ideas and we are looking at implementing some to make your job of supporting our airport easier! So thank you to all who took part. Hays Travel managers appreciation day was a blast.

Twenty-two regional managers joined me along with Blue Air, Jetset, Do Something Different, Titan and US Airtours. We had lunch at The Baltic Social, which I can’t recommend enough – fantastic service and food – followed by Ghetto Golf (I was dreadful!). Thank you to everyone involved.
I had a meeting with the

lovely Russell at Disney to see how we can push more departures from Liverpool airport. We had some great ideas that I hope we can carry forward in the coming weeks.
EasyJet has just announced it will start a service to
Venice later in the year. This marks our 29th route with the carrier to date. As soon as I have a full winter schedule I will distribute it to you guys. You may have seen the airport’s 2030/2050 masterplan in the press, please do visit the main website and this link,
