Youth brand Contiki has launched a ‘Contiki Chill’ concept to cater for the growing numbers “seeking to embrace” the slow travel movement. The new 11-day Contiki Chill: Greek Island-Hopping itinerary visits Mykonos, Paros, Santorini and Ios, with “relaxed” evening activities instead of late- night bar outings. Eurostar restarts high-speed link between Amsterdam and London
Eurostar has resumed its direct high-speed link from Amsterdam to London, using a new terminal at the Dutch city’s revamped railway station. Eurostar will run three trains a day on weekdays and Sundays plus two on Saturdays until the end of March. A temporary terminal closure at Amsterdam Centraal between March 30 and April 22 will enable further renovations to increase passenger capacity.
