REGIONAL HIGH STREET AGENCY OF THE YEAR AWARDS
Scotland and Northern Ireland (large and small)
The cut-off point for small agency is a total of nine branches. Any nominated agency with 10 or more branches will be included in the large agency category, any with 1-9 branches will be counted as small. To qualify for shortlisting in this region, large agencies must have at least three branches within Scotland and Northern Ireland.
Northern England (large, medium and small)
The cut-off point for small agency is a total of three branches or more than 19 total sales staff in any channel and the cut-off for medium agency is 15 branches or between 20 and 74 total sales staff. Any nominated agency with 1-3 total branches or fewer than 19 total sales staff will be counted in the small category, those with 4-15 branches or 20-74 total sales staff will be included in the medium agency category, and those with 16 or more total branches or more than 75 total sales staff will be counted as large. To qualify for shortlisting, small, medium and large agencies must have at least one, three or five branches respectively within the region.
The geographical coverage for this region is: Cheshire, Cumberland, Durham, Lancashire, Northumberland, Westmorland and Yorkshire and the Ridings.
Central England and Wales (large, medium and small) The cut-off points for agency size are as for Northern England.
The geographical coverage for this region is: Bedfordshire, Cambridgeshire, Derbyshire, Herefordshire, Huntingdon, Isle of Ely, Isle of Man, Lincolnshire, Leicestershire, Norfolk, Northamptonshire, Nottinghamshire, Peterborough, Rutland, Shropshire, Staffordshire, Suffolk, Warwickshire, Worcestershire and Wales.
Southern England (large, medium and small)
The cut-off points for agency size are as for Northern England and Central England and Wales.
The geographical coverage for this region is: Berkshire, Buckinghamshire, Channel Islands, Cornwall, Devon, Dorset, Essex, Gloucestershire, Greater London, Hampshire, Hertfordshire, Isle of Wight, Kent, Oxfordshire, Somerset, Surrey, Sussex and Wiltshire.

NATIONAL AWARDS
High Street Agency (large, medium and small)
The cut-off points for agency size are as for the regional England and Wales High Street Agency categories.
Homeworking Agency (large, medium and small)
The cut-off point for small agency is a total of 50 home- based agents and the cut-off for medium agency is 200 agents. Any agency with 1-50 agents will be counted in the small category, those with 51-200 agents will be included in the medium agency category, and those with 201 or more agents will be counted as large. The term ‘agents’ includes self-employed and employed sellers working under a company’s banner.
Online/Call Centre Agency
Open to agencies of all sizes with online and non-face- to-face sales as a primary sales channel – fulfilled either through online bookings, call centre or virtual call centre agents.
Cruise Agency (large and small)
Open to agencies selling cruise in any channel. The cut-off point for small agency is 50 selling staff in total (not just cruise specialists). Any company with 1-50 selling staff will be counted in the small category, any with 51 or more will be counted as large.
Touring and Adventure Agency
Open to agencies of any size selling touring and adventure product in any channel.
