Q. The Northern Ball is the biggest travel trade party of the year. Tell us why you’re a headline sponsor. A. The Northern Ball is a fantastic opportunity to recognise the outstanding performances of agents from the north of the country, who consistently go above and beyond for their customers. Q. What are the big developments for you as a business at the moment and what do you have coming up next year? A. This year, Austravel turns 40. It’s a big milestone and so we are planning an unmissable celebration with our trade partners to mark the occasion with a host of


exciting activities in


the pipeline. So, that’s certainly something to watch out for. We have also spent the last year visiting more agents


than ever before, from tradeshows to nationwide shop visits, listening to agents’ extremely valuable feedback on our service. The support they have given us so far has been fantastic. Next year we certainly aim
