PLAN A FLORIDA ADVENTURE AT

Bringing a splash of Africa to Florida with its animal attractions and thrilling rides across 300 acres, Busch Gardens Tampa Bay is the epitome of untamed adventure. Now, it’s become a little wilder – literally – with the opening of its newest area earlier this year in Wild Oasis (formerly Jungala). Packed with immersive experiences, families can tackle all sorts of activities that echo the rainforest environment and are designed to educate, inspire and entertain young adventurers. Here’s a rundown of Wild Oasis’ main attractions so your clients know what to expect.

HABITAT HIDEAWAY: In the rainforest you’re never alone and the same applies at Wild Oasis. Habitat Hideaway harbours a collection of new animals to Busch Gardens that can be seen from up high or on ground level in a lush jungle setting, with species including capybaras, giant anteaters, squirrel monkeys and a host of tropical birds. TREETOP DROP: If your clients want to get their adrenaline pumping, then this 10m-high drop tower will get their pulses racing. As they drop into a cenote-themed setting, they’ll be able to spy immersive digital jungle scenes as they fall.

WILD OASIS

Wild Oasis is Busch Gardens’ newest corner, a family-friendly rainforest realm where young explorers will really feel like they’re in the jungle

CANOPY CLIMB: If you have clients with active children then Canopy Climb is ideal with its tangle of tunnels, cargo nets and climbing structures. Combined, visitors can explore more than 60m of trails and vertical climbs nearly 15m high. ENCHANTED FALLS: When it’s time to cool off head to Enchanted Falls, an emerald-fringed splash pad complete with spray towers and fountains – perfect after an exciting day exploring Busch Gardens.

IN THE KNOW If clients want something a little extra from their time at Busch Gardens, then its guided Serengeti Safari is one of its best-selling add-ons. They’ll roam the 65-acre plains for close-up glimpses of classic African wildlife such as zebras, ostriches and antelopes, as well as the opportunity to hand-feed giraffes. A great way for clients to be

cost-effective with eating at Busch Gardens is with its all-day dining deal, where guests can enjoy a main meal, a side or dessert, and a drink every 90 minutes at participating restaurants throughout the park.
