P&O Cruises to operate 20 family voyages on two adult-only ships
P&O Cruises will offer family and multigenerational bookings on adult-only ships Aurora and Arcadia on selected sailings from December 2026. The line will offer a combined total of 20 ex-Southampton cruises for passengers of all ages. The sailings will offer children’s menus, baby-changing and bottle-warming facilities, as well as tailored entertainment and activities for all ages.

Riviera unveils three updated tall ship itineraries for 2027
Riviera Travel’s Clipper Cruises programme for 2027 features three updated itineraries on Star Clippers’ masted sailing ships. An Aegean Odyssey includes
seven nights on Star Flyer and three nights in five-star hotels. Clients will visit Istanbul and
Pergamon in Turkey, plus the islands of Chios, Patmos, and Santorini. Prices lead in at £3,014. The 12-night Mediterranean
Odyssey includes a nine-night cruise from Rome on Royal Clipper that visits Corfu, Croatia and Montenegro. Prices start at £3,599. The 10-night Ephesus & Greek
Islands Cruise holiday includes seven nights on Star Clipper or Star Flyer, plus three nights in
five-star hotels. To mark the launch, agents can
receive a 10% discount on all 2027 Clipper Cruises booked between October 1 and November 21.

Pop stars to perform on Ambassador ship
Spandau Ballet frontman Tony Hadley and Wet Wet Wet singer Marti Pellow will perform together on Ambassador Cruise Line’s Ambience. The voyage will also feature solo shows by the 1980s pop stars. The round-trip voyage from London Tilbury on October 5, 2026, will visit Denmark and Sweden.

Fred Olsen revives Greenland and bolsters short-cruise range

Fred Olsen Cruise Lines has reintroduced itineraries that include Greenland for 2027, as a result of customer demand. The programme features a total of 70 sailings
between January and September. Passengers can also choose from an expanded range
of short cruises – five nights or fewer – scheduled around UK bank holidays, which the line said are “ideal for those looking for a well-timed escape”. The 14-night Exploring Rugged & Remote
Greenland cruise on board Borealis, which sets sail from Liverpool on July 5, leads in at £2,099. Other highlights include a 13-night Nine Nations of
Northern Europe itinerary on board Bolette, which will visit Norway, Denmark, Sweden, Poland, Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia, Finland and Germany. The voyage, from Newcastle on September 11, starts at £1,649.

Explorer and environmental scientist Tim Jarvis will be a special guest on the inaugural sailing of Douglas Mawson.
