OPERATOR NEWS YOU CAN USE
G Adventures to invite top booker to Change Makers event in June
G Adventures is offering the UK or Irish agent who makes the most bookings this month a ‘wildcard’ place at its Change Makers Summit. The operator is hosting more than 100 agents at a global gathering at an undisclosed location from June 2-9. loally, five wildcards are being given away for the ‘most lives changed in the month of February’ – equivalent to the most sales. Separately, three agents from the UK and Ireland will also be selected to go based on a ‘social submission’ rather than sales. The submission, which can be
either written or filmed, needs to demonstrate how the agent has given back to others or their community. Agents must submit their entry via G Adventures’ Sherpa booking tool by February 28. The Change Makers Challenge,
G Adventures’ biggest-ever incentive, challenges agents to focus on changing people’s lives through travel and to rediscover why they love selling travel. At the summit, agents will
meet members of G Adventures’ senior team and see firsthand the impact responsible travel has on local communities.
