Cruise Connoisseur (Sales / Apprenticeship)
Nothing is too much trouble here at Panache Cruises. Our Cruise Connoisseurs are at the centre of everything we do. To be a successful Cruise Connoisseur, you will enjoy looking after your customers from first enquiry to after their holiday and beyond. You will have excellent attention to detail and enjoy planning exciting and luxurious worldwide trips.
Sales Roles & Responsibilities:
• To build, nurture and grow an engaged database • To generate your own sales leads via social media channels • To convert company-generated leads following a tried and tested sales process • To provide the very best service levels to each and every customer
Apprenticeship Roles & Responsibilities:
• To assist established Cruise Connoisseurs in warming up sales leads • To call company prospects generated through our digital marketing campaigns
• To liaise with Cruise lines to collate information for customers • To load and send quotes to customers, and process bookings • Assist customers with making dinner reservations and booking excursion
Senior Copywriter
Are you a motivated, highly creative individual looking to take your next step? We are looking for a Senior Copywriter to join our rapidly expanding marketing team
Roles & Responsibilities: • Produce high quality written content for the website, digital guides and brochures
• Create engaging content on our social media platforms • Produce copy for email marketing • Source and edit high quality images • Write promotional text for online banners and Facebook ads • Conduct SEO and keyword research
