Tobago Tourism to host training days
The Tobago Tourism Agency will hold training days in 2023 to help agents sell the Caribbean destination. Sales and marketing manager Stephen Smith said he can visit travel agencies or tour operators who want to hold open days early next year.

Ryanair to launch Edinburgh-Stansted flights this month
Ryanair will start a new service from Stansted to Edinburgh on October 30 as part of its winter schedule. The budget carrier will
operate the domestic route up to 14 times a week. The addition brings its total
number of routes to and from Edinburgh for winter 2022-23 to a record 57, connecting the Scottish capital with European cities such as Madrid and Vienna. Kate Sherry, Edinburgh
airport’s aviation director, said: “This new route to Stansted puts passengers in good stead for a great deal to London. “We look forward to seeing
further choice for passengers as we aim to return to pre-pandemic passenger levels in 2023.”

British Airways has expanded its partnership with Qatar Airways, adding 42 countries to the airlines’ shared network, including Italy, the Maldives, Norway and Singapore. BA said the expansion will enable “seamless” connecting journeys on single tickets through Doha and London, bringing the number of destinations served by the two airlines to 185 across more than 60 countries.

Aer Lingus expands transatlantic routes with Dublin-Cleveland link
Aer Lingus is adding Cleveland, Ohio, to its transatlantic network next summer. Flights from Dublin start on May 19, 2023, with connections from nine UK airports. The airline’s 15th transatlantic service will operate four times a week using two-class Airbus A321neo LR aircraft. Return fares start at £498.
