Airports: Doncaster should be saved Hays: Hats off for return to profit
Story: Transport secretary suggests backing Heathrow third runway The Heathrow third runway saga is now running longer than The Odyssey. The new transport secretary is saying all the right things, especially when she says an airport is an extraordinary neighbour. Can she put those fine words into deeds by saving Doncaster Sheffield airport? The airport has great links as it is in the middle of the country and has five motorways on its doorstep, a new rail link given the go ahead and six million people in the catchment area. The potential with new, forward-thinking management is enormous. Patrick Doyle
Story: Hays Travel returns to profit for first time since start of pandemic They’re very smart cookies and very fair to their customers. Maz
