John Torode to join an APT holiday in Western Australia

APT customers can join celebrity chef John Torode on a holiday in the Kimberley region of Western Australia next year. As an ambassador for the


touring specialist, the Australian presenter of MasterChef UK is promoting holidays in the region, and will undertake a week-long residency at APT’s Bungle Bungle Wilderness Lodge. “Te Kimberley is relatively unknown – a huge chunk of


Australia that even many Australians aren’t aware of,” said Torode. He explored the region earlier


this year, visiting places such as Emma Gorge, Montgomery Reef and Mitchell Falls. During Torode’s residency at


the lodge, guests will enjoy local, seasonal food such as barramundi fish and damper bread. “Te Bungles are spectacular,”


he said. “When the sun sets, the rocks change colour and the sky is illuminated by thousands of stars. “Tere will be plenty to talk


about aſter a day in the Bungle Bungles and a night of stargazing.” If clients are unsure about
