asual Dining is preparing to open its doors at ExCeL London on 27-28 Septem- ber. The industry show for pubs, bars and


restaurant operators will once again co-locate with sister shows lunch!, the event for cafés, coffee shops and food-to-go, and Commercial Kitchen, the event for chefs and decision mak- ers in professional kitchens, allowing opera- tors to see an even greater range of products and innovations for their businesses. This year, over 200 exhibiting companies are preparing to display hundreds of innovations, ranging from alcoholic drinks to no- and low- alcohol drinks. For food-led pubs and bars,
