Rosa’s Thai


Saiphin and Alex Moore’s Rosa’s Thai is set to open in Guildford, Surrey, as the restaurant group nears 40 sites across the UK. The 70-cover space will feature a selection of collectables and floor-to-ceiling windows.

Ottolenghi


Ottolenghi group has opened its sixth deli in London’s Hampstead in partnership with long-time collaborator Alex Meitlis, who has designed every Ottolenghi site to date.

Bellazul


Mediterranean restaurant and bar Bellazul is set to open in London’s Marylebone under head chef Simone Serafini, who was previously head chef of Cecconi’s. It will offer seasonally-changing sharing platters and an extensive cocktail and wine list.
