I was lucky enough to spend a couple of days in the
French Alps where I enjoyed some amazing skiing and stunning scenery, as well as plenty of delicious fondue.
Charlotte Brook I celebrated my
birthday with a trip to
the theatre to see The Devil Wears Prada. I also attended the Carrier A-List Awards, which was a fabulous night honouring top- performing agents.

And just like that – it’s nearly spring. It’s been wonderful to report on all the growth that has been happening in the industry since the start of the year, with agencies expanding teams, boosting sales, bolstering their presence in the areas they operate (page 28) and tapping into growing trends, such as luxury rail travel (page 33). As many of you will
know, editor Hollie gave birth to her second child – gorgeous Eva-Rae (see cute picture below!) – earlier this month and is now settling into life as a family of four on maternity leave. I will be leading the team in her absence, alongside Isobel, Charlotte and Toni, and we look forward to spending more time with you all over the coming months. And we certainly have a big year planned. In this issue, we
reveal the destination for our second Retreat of 2025 (page 8); details about our upcoming Leaders of Luxury conference (page 13), which returns to London’s Bafta on June 12; plus everything you need to know to enter this year’s Aspire Awards (page 10), to be held in Manchester on November 20. Our mission has always been to connect and celebrate our wonderful industry – and we can’t wait to do more of that in 2025.
