Carrier launches programme to help agents achieve their goals

Carrier has launched a business accelerator programme to help luxury travel specialists take their businesses “to the next level”. Alchemy has been designed in partnership with Marmalade Development, a

company that offers senior-level coaching to clients including Barclays and BMW. The programme will feature one-to-one online coaching sessions and workshops

focused on topics such as creating business goals, recognising growth opportunities and building a personal brand and presence. The course will run between April and September this year, with an opening session taking place at Carrier’s head office in Manchester. Carrier’s head of trade partnerships, Lee Marshall, said: “In 2025, we’re investing

more in supporting trade partnerships than at any time in our 42-year history. Alchemy is a fabulous opportunity for travel specialists who are ambitious in wanting to grow their business. It allows them time to reflect and step away from the ‘day to day’ to take an objective look at their goals, progress and strategy for success.” Places cost £1,375 and are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
