Six Senses Hotels Resorts Spas has launched a series of wellness programmes focused on female hormonal health. The luxury hotel brand is offering three, five and seven-day itineraries centred
around perimenopause, menopause and holistic female wellbeing. Each guest’s bespoke journey will include guidance on hormonal cycles, fasting, blood sugar measurement, body composition changes and sexual wellness. Participants will also receive expert advice on how to maintain hormonal and metabolic balance during their monthly cycle. The programmes have been introduced at Six Senses’ properties in the Douro
Valley (Portugal), Rome (Italy), Kanuhura (Maldives), Ninh Van Bay (Vietnam) and Crans-Montana (Switzerland), ahead of being rolled out across the rest of the portfolio.

AmaWaterways to operate two wellness sailings
Upmarket river cruise line AmaWaterways will operate two themed wellness sailings in August. The first Celebration of Wellness

River Cruise will take place on the line’s seven-night Melodies of the Danube itinerary, travelling from Budapest to Vilshofen on August 2-9. The second wellness sailing will be on
