Isobel Turner I ended 2025 by spending time with lovely agents and
suppliers at the Aspire Awards and our All- Stars lunch, and heard about Carrier’s 2026 plans at its annual Summit conference.
Charlotte Brook I went to independent hotel group The Set’s inaugural Summit to hear about the trends shaping the luxury sector and spent Christmas with my family on the windy Welsh coast.
Katie Byng-Hall I enjoyed the
festive season with a grand tour of the Christmas markets in York, Durham and Newcastle, ringing in the New Year with plenty of bright lights and mulled wine!

There’s never a better sign of the health of the industry than the Aspire Awards. The annual event brings together more than 400 agents and suppliers to celebrate the very best of the sector – and it’s always a wonderful showcase of the talent within our industry, and the brilliant community we’ve created at Aspire. It was a joy to share the stage with so many bright lights at our
most recent Awards in November (page 8). The luxury travel sector is a force to be reckoned with – and I’m sure that will continue in 2026. Speaking with trade partners at the Globe Travel Awards,
hosted by Aspire’s sister title Travel Weekly on January 15, it’s clear the year is off to a good start. Many agents are reporting a rise KP JKIJ XCNWG GPSWKTKGU YKVJ 6TCXNWZoU 4QUU ,QJPUQP EQPƂTOKPI C UKZ ƂIWTG DQQMKPI QP 0GY ;GCToU &C[ (page 91). Concierge services are in high demand, as clients’ requests become increasingly complex (page 31), and Aspire’s inaugural Luxury Adventure Showcase in December highlighted the growing lucrative opportunity in the adventure and expedition sector (page 20). Indeed, as we kick-start a new year, there’s plenty to be excited
about. We’ll shortly be releasing our events calendar to agents, including seven UK Aspire Escapes, two overseas Retreats and our Leaders of Luxury conference. We’re here to support our agent and supplier partners – and we’re looking forward to another year of shared success.
