Jürgen Stockhammer, buyer for carpets and fl oor coverings at Lutz and Michael Roithner, the central buyer for fl oor coverings and carpets at POCO Einrichtungsmärkte, both expressed their intention to return. Stockhammer said he was keen to experience even greater benefi ts from what he described as an “already indispensable trade show”. Guido Schulte, Managing Partner of MeisterWerke, of Rüthen- Meiste, northern Sauerland, said: “DOMOTEX is the meeting point for the European and international fl ooring industry. It is the ideal platform for us to stay in touch with our customers and prospects as well as to establish new business relationships. We are looking forward to participating in 2024.” Niclas Håkansson, Managing Director of Välinge, is likewise looking forward to the reunion in Hannover next month: “We were positively surprised about the number of qualifi ed visitors and business opportunities in 2023 – despite the diffi cult world situation,” he said. “This shows that DOMOTEX remains an important platform for the industry. We are very satisfi ed with the visitor’s quality and internationality.”
SUCCESS DELIVERED ON A GLOBAL SCALE The show will be the third globally since Hannover in 2023. July saw the return of DOMOTEX asia/CHINAFLOOR, the largest of its kind in the Asia-Pacifi c region, thanks to the eff orts of VNU Exhibitions Asia, Build Your Dream and Deutsche Messe subsidiary, Hannover Milano Fairs Shanghai, who jointly organised it. And serving the Middle Eastern markets from Antalya was DOMOTEX Turkey which attracted about 100 exhibitors over four days who were able to present to visitors from 72 countries
