Senior Editor, Ebury (12-month FTC) Penguin Random House
We are looking for an experienced non-fiction, illustrated book editor to join the team at Ebury to work across some of our biggest, bestselling talent published by the Food and Lifestyle Hubs. This role is offered on a 12-month fixed-term contract from early July 2025, covering a period of parental leave in the team. The successful candidate will have experience of taking full-colour non-fiction books through the publishing cycle, demonstrable awareness of and engagement with the food and lifestyle markets, as well as experience of managing multiple projects at once.

In this role, you will actively seek out and acquire talent, working closely with literary agents and authors. We are looking for a seasoned leader who can develop and implement a comprehensive strategy for our cross-genre fiction list, while setting and maintaining a high editorial standard.
