Job satisfaction What matters most?


When it comes to job satisfaction, 63% of respondents are generally happy with their jobs. However, more than half of those respondents say that although they are happy, they are open to a better opportunity. The remainder indicate that they are happy and plan on staying put for at least three years.


The other 37% say they are unhappy in their current job, with 15% of them adding that they are “Seriously considering moving to the airlines.”
