Freelite rapidly quantifies free light chains (FLCs) to aid in the diagnosis, prognosis and monitoring of monoclonal gammopathies.


Affinity purified polyclonal antibodies, reacting specifically with  and  FLCs, are pre-coated onto latex particles. These latex reagents are used to produce nephelometric and turbidimetric kits that are specific for FLCs.
