PSHE activities they’ll love


We know how much children love a craft activity, so why not combine arts and crafts with PSHE? Our curriculum buyer Rachael has recommended these fun activities that give children the chance to be creative, whilst also covering PSHE topics.


Love me, happy me mirror Step 1


Download the YPO template at ypo.co.uk/curriculum and print out a copy onto a white sheet of card.


Step 2


Cut out the mirror and then using the foil mirror card on the reverse, draw around the head of the mirror and cut out.


Step 3


Using glue, stick a lolly stick on the reverse of your mirror to create a strong handle and then stick your cut–out foil mirror which will cover the top of the lolly stick.


Step 4


Decorate using paper shapes, jewels and pom poms around the edge so your compliments stand out.

Using a pen write at least 5 compliments about yourself on the white side of your mirror. This can be used as a positive reminder of yourself and all the good characteristics that make you, you!
