Streamlining laundry services: the OSJCT and Miele partnership
To support exceptional care for its residents, The Order of St John Care Trust partnered with Miele Professional to upgrade its laundry services. The result: improved hygiene, greater efficiency, and more time for staff to focus on what matters most: residents’ wellbeing.

With over 3,500 residents and tenants across 60 locations, The Order of St John Care Trust (OSJCT) has long been committed to providing the highest level of care for some of the most vulnerable people in society. This level of care is multifaceted and
requires an integrated approach to meet the daily needs of residents, with one crucial aspect often flying under the radar: laundry.
