ANDY WAVELL IEng FIHEEM After 40 years working in healthcare estates and facilities management, Andy is now retired. However, he remains involved with both the Institute of Healthcare Engineering and Estate Management (IHEEM) and the International Federation of Healthcare Engineering (IFHE), being Commissioning Editor of the IFHE Digest, retaining an ex officio role with the IFHE Exco, and as a member of IHEEM’s Health Estates Journal committee with responsibility for international issues as well as the Membership Committee.
