Thematic conferences The conference set up a number of thematic conferences on shiitake marketing, cross-border integration, supply chain, and going global, covering the entire industrial chain. At the supply chain thematic conference, the focus was on topics such as the reconstruction of the digital and intelligent supply chain, industry practice, and new retail channels, offering suggestions for improving the efficiency and innovating the model of the shiitake supply chain. In the ‘going global’ thematic conference, Aleksandr Khrenov, Editor-in-Chief of the Russian mushroom magazine, analyzed the current situation and future trends of the Russian shiitake market.
