Sami was one of the top candidates in terms of his personal visibility, often being inter- viewed about Arla Foods’ current projects and future developments. This led to a 200% increase in that quadrant compared with 2017. Sami has had an impressive career working for companies such as Estée Lauder, Danone, Reckitt Benckiser and Unilever.
