Navarra developed the Launch!™ School Bus Safety Program, an interven- tion-based training for school bus drivers, attendants and related personnel. The program partners with schools and families to align behavioral expectations across settings, fostering safety and school readiness for all students. Her work has earned national awards and recognition from the New York State Legislature for its impact on student success and inclusion.
