Gustavo Balderas gives his acceptance speech after being named the 2020 National Superintendent of the Year.

Heroes & Heartbreak

Heroes A Michigan school bus was reportedly hit with a sheet of ice that fell from the roof of a box truck. The ice shattered half of the bus windshield. Despite suffering an injury during the incident, the school bus driver is being hailed as a hero for remaining calm and safely pulling the bus over to the side of the road. One student also suffered a minor injury.

Almost Heartbreak A former Milwaukee school bus driver left a 4-year-old girl on a school bus after she fell asleep. The student was reportedly uninjured, but the driver is facing one count of neglecting a child.
