The Miss Piggy project, a program that focuses on helping children and adults with special needs, was first started over 35 years ago by Terri Gate (pictured), a school bus driver and later a driver instructor at Orange Unified School District in Southern California. Her son Teddy had Down syndrome and was her inspiration. Although Teddy
