The compensation paid or payable to key management personnel, being the two (2023: two) executive directors, for employee services is £293,235 (2023: £278,850).
Remuneration paid to the two executive directors during the year amounted to £267,350 (2023: two executive directors; £253,500). The remuneration of the highest paid director was £154,600 (2023: £143,500). The number of directors to whom retirement benefits are accruing under defined contribution pension schemes was two (2023: two). The total contribution in respect of these directors was £25,985 (2023: £25,350). No remuneration was paid to non-executive directors.
