Inspir 7e A musical Christmas

WOODKIRK Academy welcomed back its annual Christmas Concert in December, at Batley Church. It was a magical evening, full of Christmas carols performed by the school choir, as well as pieces from the school orchestra, brass group, and Soul Band. We were also treated to solo performances, bringing in the Christmas cheer right before the holidays. Many thanks to the students and staff who contributed to the fabulous festive evening.

WOODKIRK Academy Sixth Form students successfully organised a Children in Need charity event, attending school in their pyjamas and raising over £200. The Sixth Form

students also organised food donations from students and staff, creating hampers for local care homes. The Student Council are busy planning more charity events for the year.
