THE FLOORING SHOW MOVED TO SEPTEMBER 2021
The Flooring Show set to take place in Harrogate next February has been cancelled and will instead go ahead in September 2021, organisers have announced.
Due to the current restrictions brought about by the COVID-19 pandemic, the 2020 event was initially rescheduled to take place from 28th
February – 2nd
March 2021, in the new location of the Yorkshire Event Centre (YEC) in Harrogate. The Flooring Show 2021 would then return to the Harrogate Convention Centre in September of the same year.
Now, organisers have made the decision to further postpone the show, from the rescheduled spring date to its usual autumn timeline. The event is also now planned to take place from 19th
– 21st
September 2021 back at its much-loved home of Harrogate Convention Centre.
Alex Butler, Event Director, said: “Whilst we would love to put on The Flooring Show in February, there are still likely to be some restrictions in place early next year.
“Over the course of the pandemic, it has become increasingly clear just how important it is to meet face-to-face. The show is an important event on the flooring calendar and we’re looking forward to bringing the whole industry together in Harrogate for the first time in two years!”
NEW DATES CONFIRMED FOR BGNFS
Organisers of the annual Buying Groups’ National Flooring Show (BGNFS) have confirmed the event will return in May 2021.

year’s show, which was set to take place in Solihull in May, was cancelled.
The event, which is held exclusively for buying group members, will now take place on 18th
and 19th

Cranmore Park Conference, Event & Exhibition Venue.
In the meantime, the team are working on an exciting new venture launching in early 2021, The Flooring Showroom - an online platform showcasing new products and collections from all the companies that were due to exhibit in spring, alongside many more brands. Visitors will be able to browse products and services and connect with suppliers. More details will be released in the coming weeks.
