Brintons Padstow Sherbet Spot

The Comfort of Carpet

Brintons Practical Pastels

“Pastels and ice cream shades, as seen in our Padstow collection, are firm favourites for children’s bedrooms as they convey a fresh, modern feel. Patterns like the candy spot (pictured) are suitable because of the 80% wool and 20% nylon blend, which provides a great combination of softness and strength – soft on the knees but resilient, so great for endless hours of children playing on the floor.”

Natalie Littlehales, Consumer Marketing Manager

“When it comes to child-friendly floors, there are some key qualities to look for. First off, the floor needs to be durable as kids are small but they are mighty! It also needs to be safe, i.e. not made with toxic materials, also not too much of a solid surface like tiles. As well as being child friendly, we also think that flooring should be environmentally-friendly too, which is why we would recommend either laminate; bamboo; vinyl or solid/ engineered wood flooring.”
