What separates Inteliforz from other wearable technology?
Without a doubt, Inteliforz is one of the products I’m most excited about. This wearable
sensor technology provides connected workplace safety solutions to allow you to see beyond the obvious. It empowers workers by identifying invisible safety risks and movements impacting your workforce.
Sustainability is a huge consideration right now and Ansell’s theme of ‘For a sustainable world with safety at heart’ certainly reflects this. What sustainability goals is Ansell working towards and how do its products support other companies to be more sustainable?
Sustainability is more important than ever. In our changing world there is a growing
environmental awareness, which means we are seeking new ways to ensure safety more sustainably. Ansell will continue to think about people and the planet first. We’re excited to tell you about the launch of our new sustainability initiative, Ansell Earth. Ansell has been steadily implementing sustainability initiatives for many years but Ansell Earth, our new communication framework for sustainability, is our new way of talking about it.
Ansell Earth introduces science-based claims structured across the five product life cycle areas: Material, Manufacturing, Packaging, Use, and End of Use. In this way, you’ll get insight into the genuine sustainability credentials of selected Ansell products that meet our strict sustainability criteria and also be able to see what we’re doing as a company when it comes to sustainability.

How did the pandemic change the way Ansell worked as a major supplier of PPE?
For a company that has been around for 130 years, we’ve witnessed pretty much every

significant development in health and safety and been instrumental in many of the most exciting advances. The pandemic presented challenges as well as opportunities. The world realised the critical importance of PPE in times when risk rates were high, and lives literally depended on keeping people safe and out of harm’s way. Ansell rose to the occasion, supplying cutting-edge trusted PPE to those in the frontline and beyond – helping to mitigate the effects of the pandemic.
At Ansell we pride ourselves on having forged a reputation as one of the world’s leading suppliers of safety solutions across many diverse sectors – Ansell has become the go-to workplace safety solutions brand offering a complete portfolio catering for your unique safety requirements. The pandemic presented a unique opportunity to use our extensive knowledge, expertise and pioneering drive to collaborate with industry experts by rolling out safety solutions that truly assisted in mitigating the devastating effects of Covid-10.
The experience, knowledge and expertise we developed during this challenging period helped provide impetus to our future continued efforts in safeguarding all that is precious.

How do you envisage the future of Ansell and the health and safety industry as a whole?
We are continuously investing in the research and development of new materials, products
and services that improve worker safety and efficiency. Our theme for this year’s A+A is: ‘For a sustainable world with safety at heart’ – which perfectly captures our ethos about being seen as the world’s most trusted PPE brand, always putting people and the planet first. We’re going to keep building on these commitments.
We’d like to be instrumental in leading our incredibly innovative, passionate, skilled, hardworking, and driven team to realise their full potential in leading the world towards a safer future. A big part of this is to really listen to the needs and wants of our customers and to keep researching and developing market leading safety solutions that fulfil their unique requirements, and help them achieve their safety, compliancy and sustainability goals. We want them to trust Ansell – for PPE they can trust, stringent adherence to regulations they can rely on and the utmost dedication to putting people and the planet first through our commitment to environmental, social and corporate governance and best practices.
