NEW VIDEOS TAKE THE GUESSWORK OUT OF

TANKTRONIC SET-UP Keraflo has released a new series of how-to videos on its YouTube channel, designed to support installers and facilities teams in getting the most from its Tanktronic tank management system.

The videos act as practical installation aids, walking viewers step by step through key set-up and configuration tasks for Tanktronic, Keraflo’s electronic system for monitoring and controlling cold water storage tanks.

One video explains how to add and pair a Tanktronic SCV valve to the system, walking installers through the pairing process, ensuring reliable communication between the SCV valve and the Tanktronic controller.

Another video shows how to set up and configure alarms within Tanktronic, a feature that lets users monitor water tank performance and stay informed about potential issues before they become costly problems.

Liz will explore what those buying, specifying and using cleaning and hygiene products really want from their suppliers. Her session will examine what value means beyond price, what makes a supplier easy to work with and trusted, where innovation genuinely adds value, and what buyers now expect around sustainability, evidence and transparency.

Nick Thompson, Chairman of the CHSA, explained: “The purpose of the CHSA is to create value for members. In an extremely competitive sector, we need to help differentiate them from their competition and support their business growth. Strategic networking, which offers the chance to build new relationships and deepen existing ones, and gather valuable market intelligence, is at the heart of this approach. “With these videos, we wanted to give installers the same guidance they would get if they came directly to us,” said Richard Braid, Managing Director at Keraflo. “They are clear, straightforward installation aids, designed to help people get Tanktronic set up right first time, helping maintain compliance, improving efficiency and reducing the risk of service disruptions."
