FACILITIES & ESTATES MANAGEMENT LIVE PREVIEW

PEOPLE, PURPOSE, PLACE: FACILITIES & ESTATES MANAGEMENT LIVE PREVIEW

Following the success of its inaugural event, Facilities & Estates Management Live returns to the Business Design Centre in London for its second edition. On 20th-21st October, it will bring together the facilities and estates community for two days of insight, inspiration and industry-leading content. Here’s what’s in store.

The Facilities & Estates Management Live event has expanded significantly for 2026, with a larger show floor, more exhibitors and the introduction of a third seminar theatre, creating greater space for the sector to connect, discover new solutions and engage with a broader programme of content.

The modern built environment demands require cross- functional collaboration, and this event provides the ultimate meeting point. The show is carefully tailored for decision-makers and practitioners across the full spectrum of FM and Estates job roles, including operations, procurement, health & safety, compliance, workplace environment, IT, building services, energy management and sustainability. Delegates will learn, hear about best practice, feel inspired, and find targeted solutions to streamline their day-to-day challenges.

Whether you manage a single corporate workplace, oversee a diverse public sector estate, or direct multi- site commercial operations, the event serves as a comprehensive platform to align your operational goals with modern industry standards.

Unmatched networking opportunities With thousands of industry professionals expected to

gather under the iconic roof of the Business Design Centre, the event acts as a powerful networking catalyst. It provides an ideal space to share knowledge with peers, discuss common operational roadblocks, and build lasting business partnerships. From rising professionals looking to expand their sector knowledge to seasoned directors.

Three specialist content theatres At the heart of the event’s educational offering are three conference-quality seminar theatres. Moving beyond traditional conference formats, The Hub, new for 2026, creates an engaging environment where visitors can take part in open conversations, share experiences and connect directly with peers and industry experts. All three theatres will host inspiring keynote sessions alongside highly interactive, expert-led panel discussions.

Key sessions in each theatre include:

Keynote presentation highlights: • Claire Brooker of CBRE presents the events opening keynote

• Jasper Sanders, of Jasper Sanders & Partners shares a case study on Exchange Quay- Manchester’s Canary Wharf
