SECRET The world of the commercial washroom is changing. The World of Beatrix Potter Attraction, wanted a washroom solution that looked great, was easy to use but was water and energy efficient. They chose Sensazone our energy efficient washroom control product.
On the stunning banks of Lake Windermere in Cumbria is the charming town of Bowness-on- Windermere, as tourist honeypot
thanks to its incredible lake views and surrounding scenery. Not only playing host to breath-taking views, Bowness is also the home of The World of Beatrix Potter, an interactive museum dedicated to the life of the legendary children’s writer. The museum attracts some 180,000 visitors every year, with footfall reaching highs of 1,200 per day during summer.
When the museum carried out a full refurbishment of the male, female, and accessible toilets to accommodate its ever-growing popularity, one of the key drivers in the refurbishment was to create a washroom solution that not only looked great and was easy to use, but also keeps water and energy consumption to a minimum. When it came to meeting this demand, washroom solution specialist, Aaztec Cubicles, who oversaw the project, chose the Cistermiser Sensazone system.
