And here we are again… Now in their eighth year, the Tomorrow’s FM Awards represent everything exciting about the


facilities management industry. With your help, we have once again been able to pick some of the standout products and services over the last 12 months.


The year has not been without its troubles for the sector (the Carillion collapse brought a trepid start


to the new year) but FM remains the silent saviour; an industry renowned for quietly getting on with the job and making sure that day-to-day business continues to run as smoothly as possible. The list of our 48 essential products and services from the past year reflect this idea. Some entrants are relatively new to the market, while others are veterans that stand the test of time; industry essentials.


Last year thousands voted and placed PTSG Clarity by Premier Technical Services Group as the overall winner, closely followed by Tork PeakServe by Essity and Concept Advantage by FSI in


second and third place respectively. The diverse range of products and services that made the top 10 prove that the prize is anyone’s for the taking. The product or service that will be crowned our overall winner this year will be selected by you – Tomorrow’s FM readers.


Nominations for next year’s awards will open in July 2019, but please don’t let that stop you from


getting in touch early to let us know about the most exciting up-and-coming products next year or even if we’ve missed something in this year’s selection.
