CUSTOMER CARE Nexon Hygiene is backed by a team of experienced account managers providing each client with a face to face Account Manager along with a dedicated Internal Account Manager for day-to-day contact.

Offering free-on-loan installations and maintenance packages for auto- dose laundry and dishwash users, a company-employed technician is assigned to these sites in addition to the company account managers.
Nexon recognises its client’s need to save by control, using quality brands at competitive prices. For this reason the company has developed ‘U-Connect®’, their unique online product and budget management system. U-Connect® provides clients with Budget Controls, Live Analytics, Store Cupboard Management, Management Alerts, Order Tracking and many more features to assist clients in maintaining control of spend and users particularly across multiple locations.
NEXON BRANDS Whilst distributing many well-known brands, including Kimberly-Clark Professional, GOJO, SCA and Diversey Care, Nexon has developed its own- brand ranges of chemicals, laundry products, paper systems and other high usage product lines.

TRAINING Nexon’s Training Package is a key feature of the company’s customer support offering. Nexon recognises the difficulties many organisations face in training large numbers of staff across multiple locations, along with the challenge of ensuring new staff are familiar with products and services. Nexon has developed Online and F2F Training packages and actively work with clients to create a bespoke training module for their specific requirements, complete with COSHH Awareness, Site Manuals and relevant Wall Charts.
