What is the biggest challenge in transitioning the cleaning industry from traditional methods to i-mop technology?
The biggest challenge is shifting mindsets and educating users. Many cleaning professionals are used to traditional methods and introducing mechanical equipment can seem daunting due to cost, complexity or other barriers such as language and physical resources.
If the pandemic taught us anything, it’s that cleanliness is more important than ever. While some are open to change, others are more focused on costs and sticking to familiar
methods. Our job is to show how investing in innovative equipment like the i-mop can save time, improve cleanliness and ultimately provide a better return on investment.
Everyone who approaches us does so because they have something that needs cleaning. Our role is to understand their unique capabilities and requirements and then offer
solutions that fit their needs and budget.
