BICSc Annual Awards are roaring success
The exceptional efforts of leading lights from the professional cleaning industry were in the spotlight at the recent British Institute of Cleaning Science (BICSc) Annual Awards, which recognises industry excellence.
Renowned as one of the largest, most influential networking events in the cleaning industry’s calendar, the glittering, star-studded event, which was hosted by TV personality Reverend Richard Coles with guest voiceovers provided by TV actor, comedian, and impressionist Terry Mynott, was a roaring success.

Amongst the award winners were VINCI Facilities, who were presented with the Outstanding Corporate Member of the Year award in recognition for their ongoing investment in their people. Emrill took the accolade for Excellence and Training and Assessment outside of the UK, with Godefridus Johannes Veneman announced as the winner of The International Award, for raising the profile of the Cleaning Industry as an advocate of BICSc training and standards outside of the UK.
Other successes included the Institute’s most prestigious award, ‘The Chairman’s Award’, which this year was presented to Nigel Lea of Citation, who are Corporate Members and long-time supporters of BICSc.
