New website for J2 Clean and Maintenance
Nationwide cleaning and M&E service provider J2 Clean and Maintenance has launched their new website to showcase their range of services.
Managing Director Joanne Robinson said: “The website has been at the top of our ‘to do list’
for a long time, but we have been so busy putting all our efforts into serving our clients it just kept getting pushed back down the list.”
From their head office in Manchester, J2 Clean and Maintenance offers commercial cleaning services to clients from a range of industries, as well as bespoke and specialist solutions such as high-level cleaning and industrial cleaning services for warehouses and factories.
The company has recently expanded to offer a number of FM services to its growing customer base, including M&E, HVAC, decorating, plumbing and drone surveys.

Monthind cleans up at Quadram Institute
East of England contract cleaning company Monthind has secured a multi-service line contract at the state-of-the-art Quadram Institute (QI) medical facility.
Monthind will provide a range of services including cleaning, window cleaning, pest control, grounds maintenance and waste
management. They were also awarded the contract to provide the post- build clean prior to its opening by Wates Construction, the construction firm responsible for delivery of the QI.
Richard Redding, Director of Sales at Monthind, commented: “We are delighted to have been awarded this contract with CBRE and to provide our services to the QI, which is one of the region’s most prestigious and high- profile facilities.
“Our ability to offer several disciplines, to deliver a proven high-quality service, our local management team and the thousand plus colleagues we employ across the region, proved a key part in assisting CBRE to win the total facilities management contract.
“Monthind’s team is already on-site at the QI delivering a phased builder’s clean, and our project team is busy planning the mobilisation of the contract ahead of the QI’s official opening.”
Designed by the Quadram Institute Bioscience (formerly the Institute of Food Research) and the Norfolk & Norwich University Hospital, the QI is an £81m medical facility that will capitalise on the world-class bioscience expertise based on the Norwich Research Park. The QI will create a new interface between food science, gut biology, and human health and disease for the health and wellbeing of a generation.
