Maximum makes impact for Greyland


Greyland’s Green and Orange-Maximum products have been so successful since their introduction that there has been a three-fold increase in the range.


New to the Green-Maximum label is the Biological Washroom Deodoriser & Cleaner, which removes organic staining and maintains a clean, odour-free washroom. It is available in 5l bulk canisters, as well as 750ml ‘Ready to Use’ trigger sprays.


The Green-Maximum range has also been joined by the 1kg pail of Biological Urinal Blocks, which incorporates strains of harmless bacterial cultures that work together with environmentally sympathetic chemicals, which combine to break down the organic waste and uric scale that cause


New senior board for Atalian Servest UK


Global service provider Atalian Servest has announced a new senior board for the UK and Ireland business.


Daniel Dickson has been promoted to CEO for the UK and Ireland. Dickson has held a number of positions in the Group since joining in 2012, including Group Finance Director and Managing Director of the Building Services division. In 2017, he was appointed Chief Development Officer, where he was responsible for mergers and acquisitions globally, and played an instrumental role in the merger between Atalian and Servest earlier this year.


Sean Fisher has stepped into the role of Chief Operating Officer in the UK. Fisher was previously Managing Director


£50m contract win for OCS


OCS has been selected by Community Health Partnerships (CHP) to deliver comprehensive cleaning support under a three-year contract worth £50m.


The agreement will see OCS providing the highest standard of cleaning services across 180 sites, supporting CHP tenants throughout England.

Outside of the washroom is the Orange-Maximum Concentrate, which is suitable for a wide range of janitorial and industrial applications. Dilutable up to 1:200, the Concentrate can be used to clean hard surfaces all around buildings, including floors, walls and countertops, PVC windows and doors, and is even strong enough to remove grease and oil from machinery or heavy deposits from cooker hoods and ducting.


Low-foaming and easy to rinse, with a citrus aroma, when diluted the Orange-Maximum is mild enough to use on carpets and upholstery. It is also available in diluted 5l containers or in 750ml trigger sprays.
