The school year is drawing to a close and we’re already more than halfway done with 2017 – where has the year gone?
This month, we’re taking a look at cleaning in Educational and School facilities, with Rentokil going into shocking detail to uncover the microbiological landscape of schools, to help combat the spread of infection. Metsa Tissue take us on a tour of the University of Plymouth Students’ Union, while Northwood take us to St Albans High School for Girls, winner of the Sunday Times’ 2015/16 Independent Secondary School of the Year.
Meanwhile, in our Damage Management feature, the British Damage Management Association tells us about their upcoming conference, while ServiceMaster Clean take us through the process of what to do when your property floods. Rentokil also offers up some advice about how to minimise the threat of pest damage with preventative measures.

We also speak to a number of companies about the benefits of Chemicals and Dosing Equipment, Arrow County Supplies tell us about their work with the Ironbridge Gorge Museum Trust, and Lee Baker speaks to us about Brexit and changes, including those going on at the BCC itself. Facilicom speak to us about the Apprenticeship Levy, and later on we even put 10 Questions to one of the company’s apprentices.
Thank you very much for reading, and I hope you enjoy the issue!
