A FULL RANGE FOR TILES AND RESILIENT
FLOORING Tilemaster Adhesives offers a full range of professional adhesives for tiling with ceramic, porcelain and natural stone tiles, as well as the Tilemaster Eco- 3000 range, which is composed of two adhesives for resilient flooring.
Tilemaster Eco-3000 HT is a universal high-temperature, solvent-free adhesive suitable for use with a wide variety of floorcoverings such as LVT, PVC, sheet vinyl and PVC-backed carpet onto many different substrates. It is ideal for use with underfloor heating and in heavily glazed areas where the floor is exposed to direct sunlight. It has a high shear bond strength and dries to a hard final set. A wet-set product, its 40-minute working time is ample to install floorcoverings.
Tilemaster Eco-3000 PS is the newly launched pressure sensitive adhesive, making it ideal for installing LVT. It has been specially formulated with a short open time to give it excellent initial grab, making it ideal for intricate designs where it’s important that there is no movement within the installed LVT. Eco-3000 PS has an excellent final bond strength ensuring a firm hold between the floorcovering and the substrate.
Tilemaster Eco-3000 PS has a fast- tacking off time meaning that
types of backing – including jute, polypropylene, Action-Bac, woven, latex, foam and needle-punched on all kinds of internal, absorbent substrates that are dry. The adhesive is also suitable for the installation of linoleum with natural jute backing.
Ultrabond Eco TX3 is particularly suitable for commercial floors subjected to castor wheel traffic (in accordance with EN 12529) and heavy foot traffic, including hotels, offices, airports and restaurants. It can also be used in double stick-installations and on heated screeds. During installation, the adhesive has an open time of 10-30 minutes. Floors can accept light foot traffic after three to five hours and returned to full use after 24-48 hours.
Safety and environmental certifications include EMICODE EC1 Plus (very low
emission) and Blauer Engel DE-UZ 113. The solvent-free adhesive is also non- flammable, has an M1 emission class for building materials and a low odour ISO 16000:28 rating.

As well as offering a selection of rapid setting products, the company offers adhesives for sites where speed is not the over-riding priority. Tilemaster Adhesives has a choice of standard and semi-rapid setting products in the Setaflex range, a polymer modified, flexible cement-based wall and floor tile adhesive. Both Setaflex Standard Set and Semi-Rapid Setaflex have been specially developed to give an extended pot life, making them ideal for working with larger, difficult to manoeuvre tiles. both internally and externally on almost all substrates, including timber, and are excellent for use in areas exposed to prolonged wet conditions.
Where no flexibility from the product is required, Tilemaster Standard Set Extrabond has been specially formulated with increased adhesion and non-slip properties. It has the same three-to four-hour pot life as Standard Setaflex and is suitable for fixing a wide variety of tiles to solid substrates.
After fixing, tiles should be grouted with Tilemaster Grout 3000, a flexible, fast setting wall and floor grout which can be used for joints between 1mm and 20mm.
