The Loose Lay LVT range has been specially designed to integrate with and complement Milliken’s carpet tile collections and enables a whole interior to be united with ease and seamlessly made part of an entire scheme. Loose Lay LVT has been created for easy installation and maintenance and is particularly beneficial where regular access to underfloor facilities is needed, such as within commercial environments. Milliken’s Luxury Vinyl Tile (LVT) collection ‘Loose Lay’ is made up of six exceptional designs that offer the benefit of effortless adhesive-free installation, as well as excellent comfort and acoustic characteristics.
These inspiring designs can be used independently or in combination with Milliken’s award-winning carpet tile collections. Milliken’s full range of floorcovering options, from carpet tiles and LVT through to entrance matting products, now make it more straightforward than ever to create a cohesive floor plane, all sourced from the same trusted manufacturer.
The LVT range, created using high-definition photo realistic imagery, replicates wood and stone as well as some abstract designs. The authentic appearance is further heightened with micro-bevelled edges and deep embossed textures. A colour referencing system has been created to allow easy colour matching and coordination with Milliken carpet tiles. In this way Milliken offer a complete flooring palette to explore colours, shades, shapes and graphics which can be easily and harmoniously blended throughout an entire interior.

Within the Milliken LVT Loose Lay range there are six designs: Eero (where underlying surfaces move forward as distressed architectural details), Heritage Wood, Kokutan, Polished Concrete, PowerGrid 5.0 (in which tight woven textures yield a bold geometry and create a powerful and high-impact design essential) and Shift.
Milliken’s LVT range is accredited with the highest physical performance classification: Class 34 Very Heavy Commercial Use and comes with a 12-year wear guarantee. Milliken’s multi-layered LVT provides excellent stain and abrasion resistance. The product boasts an impressive 0.7mm wear layer to reduce scuffs, stains, scratches and ensure unsurpassed performance. Milliken’s LVT range achieves CE mark safety categories for fire, static and slip. R10 and BS slip resist ratings - low to moderate in wet and dry.
Milliken Luxury Vinyl Tile provides an industry-leading sustainable solution for hard surface flooring. As a FloorScore certified product, Milliken LVT meets strict indoor air quality and volatile organic compound (VOC) emission criteria for LEED, BREEAM and other green building certifications.
Milliken LVT utilises bio-based oils derived from soya and DOTP, a non-ortho-phthalate that is proven safe and effective with regard to human and environmental impact. The Declare label provides transparency and assurance by listing these and all other ingredients right down to 100ppm. Milliken LVT is manufactured at facilities that are ISO 9001, 14001 and 18001 compliant. All production waste is granulated and recycled into backing production to create an internal closed loop recycling process.
